the election results has delivered a clear mandate that the majority of south africans -- of all ethnic pursuasions are prepared to put their shoulders to the wheels of change. the message has been rendered loud and clear; "never again will we allow so evil a regime to govern our people; never wil our people be subjected to wa repetition of the the past!"

there is no place for "real south africans" - "true south africans" - former south africans" one is either a south african or they are not. it is represented not by barrelous shouts form ex-pats/former sa'ns a definite minority; of foul, rigged, corrupt, inept, destroy, concern, fair, bitter, dirty tricks, etc. etc.; but to search within our selves and draw upon that which we can muster and see where we can best apply our skills in helping rebuild our beautiful country with a positive outlook as one people -- south africans all . . . our future looks very hopeful so let us behave as we should and contribute as if we mean what we say.

although many who live abroad were denied voting rights; if we feel for our country as so many claim; show it and contribute to it's future in some way instead of becrying what so many have left behind or lost -- for whatever reasons.

basically; either you are a south african or you are not . . . the ball lies in your court.

we have elected a new government and potentially a very strong "hands on" leader with plenty of "smarts". without our support and concerted efforts; we can only make his job more difficult. as much as we look up to him; he looks to us to back him up and push him should he falter; not pull him down further. he has given us his word; let him do his job and fulfill his promise to all of south africa.
