Regarding the new ID document; The introduction thereof was designed to frustrate those who stand to loose most by not voting. (it also is another source of income of income for government) I applied for my new document between Chrismas and new year, and have to wait for two months for the new document! There is a good chance that I will not be able to register in time to enable me to vote! I have a major problem with the fact that the ANC government (must I spell it out) is not delivering to the expectations that it has created. I am of the opinion that we are going to experience the wrath of the "un-people", and that there is going to be a massive swing to the militant "left" with dire consequences to the stability, upliftment of the deprived / and the economy of the country! We cannot allow politicians (those who have not made any contribution to the well being of a single South African, or the country) to screw up this chance that we have been given "to start over" We have to speak out against the wrongs that are now taking place, and unless things change (I do not beleive that they will under a Mbeki government)we will have to find leaders to the centre of the spectrum to nullify the reaction to the left! | |
