Body of Message:
The theory behind the voter's roll to ensure that no one cheats and vote more than once, is great. But in practice it does not work that way.
When I registered, I did not have to prove where I stay. The official took my word. So if I have more than one ID (which is not difficult to get),
I can register in different places and vote more than once. When you register, one should also give proof
of your residential status. But then again, if would be difficult for certain
groups to do that, and that would be discrimination against
them! (Forget about bar-coded ID books).

I know about a lady who is a big supporter of a certain political party, and she
openly admits that she has three ID books and she is going to vote three times.

To summarize. The whole process needs more "checks and balances" before I will accept it
as a honest system.
